 Abstract - From January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021, the AIRBUS A330-200/300 aircraft belonging PT Garuda Indonesia has experienced 36 cases of damage business class seat. These most often occur due external factors on damaged by crew flight attendants as well technicians working. In study that discussed caused failure recline mechanism B/E Aerospace Minipod Seat and MCX Diamond Seat, then aimed at finding a comparison reliability cost benefits with fishbone method. results study, it was found score obtained MAREP rate seat 5.798/1000FH 5.551/1000FH.
